Switch wins this pretty easily.
Sony didn't even really try with the Vita, leaving a bunch of smaller Japanese devs to carry it.
Switch will have more Nintendo support than even the DS or SNES did, on top of probably all the Japanese devs on Vita, plus Monster Hunter, plus some console ports.
Vita was cool for what it was, but Switch is simply better. It will have a higher resolution screen and far better graphics, with the option of playing on the TV without needing to buy a separate Playstation TV.
