Why not? Isnt it just a simple update?

I presume the arcade versions running on completely different hardware and Nintendo can't be bothered to port the updates over to Wii U (bizarre), more likely  theyve agreed to give the arcade timed exclusivity or  are just waiting to re-release the game on NX with lots of updates, Essentially Pokken 2.
