DualShockers. Quick, down to earth, use disqus for their comments section, and seem to have a good staff. They don't feed rumors unless they're particularly credible, but they do like to make big articles out of little interview snippets which can be annoying and they can cater a bit too much to their PS dominated audience. Also give lots of attention to lesser known Japanese titles most Western sites would overlook.
