Apparently, It's a doom article for  Nintendo as hardware maker,  (  which by the way releases a new hardware in just five months ) .

  It's not a doom article only when you think  that If Nintendo has ever be forced to go third party, unlike sega they can do it succesfully because of all that huge franchises and won't die completely as some people irrationally implying.

Altough, there is mobile gaming too, movies, themed parks e.t.c...
