Of course.
Your not infering that you believed otherwise are you?. What banwagon "fans" dont understand is that Konami is an Arcade developer - Castlevania, Contra, multiple shumps. Outside of MGS and PES, Konami has never made it big with console built games like Suikoden, Silent Hill. Cry all you want, they have never been big. We are in times where gamers REJECT arcade style games, thus Rejecting the kinda games that made Konami who it is. How many of you bought Contra Hardcorps last gen? How about Castlevania HD? Then ask yourselves how many of you bitching about the absence of those games?
Edit - Forgot; The kinda arcade games that made Konami who it is are actually more mobile friendly than console. You cant make an 8 hour game out of Contra and Castlevania.
