Most Wii games, and every other consoles games for that matter are rushed and aimed to make souly for pure profit, not because of the customers enjoyment, Thus making shit looking games.
They don't care about the Consoles capabilities, they just want to get it out of the workshop right away.
Alot of massive creators these days (Kojima etc) Not only make games for money, they also make them because it's their passion and they love to keep their story alive, and that is why all major games from these creators always look fantastic.
Those Super Mario Galaxy screenshots are pure proof that the Wii can produce amazing graphics.
