I won´t be mad if those games (Splatoon, Mario Kart 8 etc.) get an anhanced version for the Switch. I don´t see why anyone should be mad about it. Remasters are pretty common today.
But I do agree that Nintendo screwed WiiU owners by interrupting game development for it so soon and for taking so long to offer price cuts and sales for games.
I am still enjoying it and I still have a huge backlog of games to play, but overall the game cathalog still feels short.
