That's my point.  Is it gonna be full off low res small games like pokemon sun and moon that look shit on 65inch tvs but great on 6 inch screens plus some decent First second and third party ( like wii u) COD AC MK LoZ etc or a mix off both?

Why would that matter? People want those games. You see the reaction to NES Mini? Those games look like "shit" and people are eager to play them. Why spend tens of millions of dollars building some highly detailed open world when consumers have proven they're just fine with games that look like 3DS titles. Frankly it's a waste of time and resources.
