They could or maybe wait to release it on the Switch potentially.

 

Though there's a possibility that another collection could also come out too.

Ironically, I want to play this one on the 3DS because, from what I've heard, the original gameplay was tailored to the DS's hardware. Playing it with just one screen might lose some of the magic.
