Not sure about the 3DS - I doubt 3DS will get it.

 

This collection "The Nonary Games" is exclusive to PS4, Vita.

How dificult would be remaking 999 for the 3DS? It's already a DS game, I'm sure it's not that hard. I'll be sad if it never gets done.
