It is rumored to only be 0.3 TFlops away from the XB1. That is only if the Switch uses the minimum amount of the NVIDIA TEGRA chip. Even with 1 TFLOP it is still closer to the XB1 than Wii U. As for RAM, the PS4 has 5.5 GB of RAM for games where as the Wii U is close to 3 GB of RAM for games (MAYBE BASED OFF OF RUMORS). So it is actually somewhat close to XB1 and PS4. Also take into account that carts may not need as much RAM.

A hard drive is about as fast as an SD card that's why every game on Xone and PS4 is installed on the drive. The Nvidia shield, with a tegra X1 has 512gigaflops and is closer to the Wii U than Xone. If the Switch should be $300 I doubt it has the most powerful mobile chip in the business. Anyway we also need to know other variables before we can reach a conclusion and the CPU is a big part of that.

It has been rumored that the Switch is using the Tegra X2.
