Well I was about 12 and they were planting the tree before my eyes so I ran into the house, found an old wooden box, wrapped the coins and some other stuff in plastic and buried it while my parents were not looking. So probably 45 cents. In 30 years it may be worth 10 cents more.

You haven't factored in inflation my lad!
