If we are talking exclusively about the NS, then I'd agree that the 32gb isn't really an issue since games won't be installed. SD cards are cheap so expansion is easy for digital games.
But for PS4/X1, games are installed so more space is crucial. With that said, not sure if it's a level comparison...
