None of those seem like big reaches. A big reach would be something like RDR2 or some other big budget western 3rd party game. Anything from a Japanese 3rd party developer seems within reach since the Switch will probably sell like hotcakes in Japan and any Japanese developer would be crazy to not at least test the waters.
I wouldn't be surprised if From Software did something like Lost Kingdoms III instead of porting over Dark Souls III though.
