This list of partners doesnt mean that they are making games for the NS. It means nothing more than interest in the device.

If you actually continued reading, he explains why that list is important. 

 

Bethesda means it's within range of an XB1 due to their statement of not supporting it unless that is true. 

 

Epic means it will support the latest version of Unreal Engine. 

 

There are also several others, like FromSoftware, that only make high end games, so it implies that the Switch will be powerful enough to satisfy them.
