To my American friends who know their shit about elections etc. What happens if Hillary gets elected and soon after found guilty for the emails? Does the VP take charge for the reminder of the term or does it go back into elections or to the next democratic candidate.

Normally when a President is rendered unfit to lead (like being put in jail), it goes to the VP... But before the oath is sworn? I think it defaults to second place.
