Yeah, I hope for Nintendo's sake that they don't lean too heavily on Wii U ports. Old games aren't going to sell the Switch.

I think they plan to sprinkle them around as supplemental things.  Too many new games too close together saturates things too much so I think they'll have the ports in slots where it would be too soon for a new game but still a kind of droubt.  Or they could make them just a one time collection of supplememts to the launch lineup.
