Somewhere on the front side of this dock, are 2 sensors that pick up IR signals.
Just like in the sensor bar the Wii had, its just beneath the surface of it.
For all we could know it could be behinde the Logo :p
Either that, or when you buy the Nintendo Switch, it comes with a old Wii Sensor bar.

Well I hope they are done with motion controls. Just make regular games. Mario Maker would work ok with a regular controller anyway.

Nintendo are likely done with exclusive controller options, so although I think we'll definitely see motion graphics it will not be mandatory for any experiences apart from apps based on touch screen use.
