I'm guessing both Nintendo and developers aren't looking to distract consumers from their holiday offerings. For example, if Skyrim HD is coming to Switch, Bethesda isn't looking for people to be splot between the shiniest version, and one you can take anywhere. As I've already played the game to death, and love the idea of taking it on the go, I'm going to wait anyhow (backlog makes these decisions easy).
