This is the price of going for a hybrid (tablet) console.

It wont fit a normal hard disk drive in there.

Those 3rd party that make games those sizes just wont be avalible on the Switch.

Which is why I think the dock should have contained a HDD slot, so for those big games that really need the space you'd only be able to play them while docked as a home console, and as Nintendo likes to say the Switch IS a home console... I hope there is HDD support in some form even if it's not integrated with the dock.
