You would choose to think negatively of any situation involving Nintendo, but I guess there is nothing really wrong with that. Though as others have already said, I think it's far more likely that they're avoiding having to compete with the holiday buzz and advertising when they have all the time and attention to themselves. Surely you can agree that this makes a lot of sense.
