1 - I'll have to wait for the full reveal to answer that. For now, it doesn't seem to be an innovative concept. To be honest, I'd rather stick with the combo 3DS - Wii U instead of buying one.
2 - Liked: It uses cartridges, the Pro Controller.
Disliked: It's too big to use as a handheld, probably underpowered as a home console, not a fan of the tiny controllers, I'll miss the second screen, etc.
3 - Full remakes of Suikoden I and II.
