Damage control to the criticism they got for taking away new IP for an Older IP with 4 titles and the last of which wasn't received very well.
It's obvious from their statements it wasn't just a tech demo.
Hey it worked out Gears 4 got raving reviews, I'm just saying the claim it was just a tech demo is likely false.
