It's likely that almost no 3rd party support can speak about software until Nintendo has done so in 2017. Hence the similar statements about software from both company when they responded to the introduction of the NS.

Look at nvidea who said nothing at all untill now. Nintendo has likely NDA's on everything. A software NDA is very likely.

Odd though that SE could announce it. Maybe they got some deal on that announcement.

That makes no sense. These games are coming out soon, were shown in the teaser, and Nintendo doesn't want it known the Switch is a viable option to get these games? That's just bad business.

 

So the unnecessary confusion starts.
