It's possible but unlikely. Firstly a Switch Pro will appeal to no one the Switch lite doesn't already appeal to, so I definitely won't expect it at launch. And just to reaffirm the existence of a Pro would have no bearings on software support for those hoping the Switch recieves same support as Xbox and Playstation. The common denominator will always be the fact games have to be ported down to be able to run on a Wii U (more or less) level portable. Game will be required to work without the dock.
What is interesting however is the fact that Nintendo's requirements to hit native 4k are significantly lower than PS4/XB1. They could probably afford it with a $99 Gpu. I would happily buy a $150 SCD dock which rendered NS games Native 4k. If it was possible I'd like to see it.
