maybe because breath of the wild was running at 12 fps, but was a simulated screen not the device itself.

If it is simulated footage, it's odd to put it at low fps on the video so people will think it's a weak console. Normally, "fake" gameplay videos try to make the game look better not worse.

It could be some mistake when doing the video, but that would be just ridiculous. I guess that at least Zelda can be real gameplay. Of course, it will be optimized to run like a charm before launch, it's Nintendo were talking about.
