That's a losing fight, my friend. I, like you, love SMB3 more than SMW (I felt SMW wasn't very varied and not as memorable) buuut this site has a few controversial favorites that you won't find on other websites. SMW is the most popular 2D Mario and FF8 is arguably the most popular FF here (FF8 is good but still not very typical to find so popular on other sites).
