Its written at the end of the trailer that "game images are not final and may not represent that game" or something of the like.No9body is being misleading here.

I'm sure similar disclaimers worked out well for Alien: Colonial Marines.

and how many people sued  Ubisoft for Watch Dogs or The Division? how many people used sony for all their PS3 CGI footagewhen the console was annouced?

How many people sued Sony for their PS4 launch?  Advertisng games that are 3-4 years away lol. I'm sure millions who watched that video were expecting those games as there was no clear indicator or disclaimer they were 3-4 years away.

The millions of people you speaking about are simply casuals not real gamers who just watch shit on youtube. Do you honestly think they give a flying fuck about the accuracy of these trailers? If they did pretty much all 3rd party studios would have class action law suits for the footage they have shown in the past.

People kept saying Nintendo needs to be more like the competition and actually advertise their product. So when they create a trailer full of buzz and fluff that makes the common person go this is cool it suddenly a bad thing? I could argue that Sony sold the PS4 on a false promise. That console sold million before any note worth game that wasn't a port was out on the system. This Nintendo trailer is no different. It is selling a concept of being able to pull your switch in and out and hang with friends and play it on the go. Clearly over the top because like who still high fives when they meet in 2017?
