That was just Tech Demo not real game, here we saw real games.

Basically not one game from partners from list of Switch partners is not announced or confirmed, that goes for all games that are shown in Switch trailer (including Mario Kart and Splatoon) expect Zelda. It's obvious that Nintendo is keeping all games announcements for another opportunity (full reveal) when they will talk about games.

And yet at end of trailer you have March 2017 release date. There is no chance they will again confirmed March like release date if there is just small chance of delay.
