Second: If you would have any clue about the last 20 years of Apple's company-history you would know they don't license their operating systems. period.

Third: 3DS used ARM. In your logic Nintendo would put Android on the 3DS. Didn't happen because it doesn't make sense.

 

We'll have to see on point 1, Nintendo has denied things by Nikkei before (we're not making a 3DS XL ... uh, yes you are, we're not making smartphone games, uh yes you are). IMO Nikkei is right to some degree because their track record is rock solid even when Nintendo denies their reporting.
