But if the Switch is at par or better than Wii U (which I expect), running original Skyrim should be fine. If it could the new Zelda, than Skyrim is feasible.

But I highly doubt they will port the remaster to Switch, it seems too resource intensive based on PC requirements. The original Skyrim is the same game and perhaps it can push higher graphics settings than 7th gen.

They can call it "Skyrim Remaster" anyway, as long as they change 3 polygons in it. It won't be exactly the same as the PS3/Xbox 360 Skyrim. Not necessarily better or more beautiful, just a bit different and "reworked" to make it run on the NS. It will surely be far from the PS4/One Skyrim remaster, but they care mainly about the name and image here.
