My prediction is:
Ports of existing Iphone and Android games. Since the Devkit clearly indicates that the Switch will run ARM based mobile games instead of home console games, all 3rd party games including Skyrim will be ports of the (unannounced) mobile versions.
PS4 / XB1 games will only release on the switch if an Android / IOS version exists. But this would be a very clever move by Nintendo, since all the money is in the mobile market these days and the chance to release all NX games on Android / IOS app stores would be a huge incentive to justify porting and development costs for 3rd parties, since making money would basically be guaranteed.
And my next guess is that Nintendo will release every single NX game including Zelda for Android and IOS too, which will make Investors more than happy.
