I actually think it looks noticibly better (for instance sky look much better) than 3D World even we saw glimpse of offscreen gameplay, and if game runs on 1080p on TV, so there you noticeable difference. Game will be definitely be finished in 2017, it's in development from end of 2013. or early 2014.
