They likely have exclusive deals for FF7R and FF12ZA.

Considering how much later FFX released on PC compared to PS and how quite they were about it it`s fair to assume that was a timed exclusive deal, and if they had it on FFX then the fact that as of yet no other platforms have been announced for FF7R or FF12ZA that may well be the case for those as well.

FF7R has been confirmed to be a timed exclusive. Dont know about FF12 though. Its just that SE are one of the biggest supporters of the 3DS and are big into mobiles. Their games does well on handhelds.
