There will almost surely be touch screens or something to that effect. I can't imagine that they would just abandon Amiibos.

It won't use touch on games. It runs the same game on the tablet and on the TV. In the latter case, you can't use a touchscreen. If it's included, it's only for browsing, using the interface, etc. But I wouldn't count on adding a component just for that.
