Nope, I've never said that we aren't stubborn. We definitely are. Brand loyalty are strong in the console market, that applies to all the big three. Not everyone obviously, but an awful lot of gamers can't possibly imagine the idea of changing brands each gen. And that's fine, to each his own. I'm a PS4/WiiU owner and had no problems, although I admit I'm more of a Nintendo fan. And, yeah, obviously there are people who prefer Halo or Gran Turismo. That's exactly my point. It's hard to convince people who were playing those games for years to jump into the Nintendo ecosystem. Now, it would be more easy to convince them if it's a cheap console with a totally different concept. Not working as a substitute to their main gaming system, but as a complementary console. |
Ok, so since we both agree It will be a hard battle to Nintendo... but since 3rd party support is the biggest plus for X1 and PS4 if Nintendo manages to get similar level and performance they have a good chance of growing their userbase, but looking at the handheld marketing shrinking I'm not that holpefull they will sell over 3DS+WiiU
