I really don't like the spray paint stencil look in the reveal. Everything in that gif is an improvement.
This is a Japanese company, though. They'll roll out new colors and designs over time in order to entice people to buy the new versions. I'd be extremely surprised if they did not. A Pikachu theme is only a matter of time.
