As for the producing game discs comment, Nintendo last stated they had a production problem in Dec 07, but they said they were increasing production to solve the problem, so by now producing enough discs shouldn't be an issue. |
I really think these stores are just not ordering enough copies. The stores don't want to buy 500 copies and have 300 left over to sell at $30 in a year. Instead, they'd rather order 200 copies and sell out.
That's what my local Best Buys did.
