Where are you getting that from? So far we've only seen 1 PS4/XB1 game running on NX (Skyrim: Special Edition), and considering that NX seems to have a 720p screen, I'm guessing it plays at 720p on NX while XB1 and PS4 both play it at 1080p. 

the  reports are assuming that it plays games upscalled on 4K @higher resolution than 720p on the docking station, and its around Xbox One perforamance
