Yes I and the the actual fans knew this about that moment. The fact is that Batman saw supes as an alien with no emotional connection to this world. But when he heard supes being worried about his mother, he realized that the super powerful being was connected had feelings and emotions to people in this world and that humanized supes for him. Bats thinks very quickly and has trained himself to do so that's why he's survived all the freaks he's faced so t what to us was mere seconds was an entire episode of thought for Bats kind if like how Sherlock Holmes thinks and he did not change his mind instantaneously it only seemed that way because time is perception
