So an example of progressivism in politics would be enacting a law restricting the private ownership of a certain type of rifle, arguing that we don't need those things and they're more used for killings. Then once that type of gun is outlawed, they start saying well it didn't go far enough, we need to restrict these ones as well. Eventually resulting in the outlawing of all guns.
It's a policy that could never pass immediately, just banning guns, but by progressively taking away the pieces bit by bit, they can succeed.
Another example from right now is how they're trying to remove gender altogether by confusing our children and telling them there are 50, 60 different genders they might be. Ultimately with progressivism we'll get to the point where there are no male and female bathrooms and eventually the concept of a man and a woman will be completely foreign.
Hopefully you see my point. It has very little to do with any measurable progress and instead focuses on tricking the populace. |
I think there should be assault rifle bans but the guns are pretty much everywhere now in USA. I only believe civilians should be allowed to have a hunting rifle, shotgun or handgun. Basically, we screwed ourselves because we have become saturated with assualt rifles. We should have never allowed civilian use in first place but now that we have where do we go from here?
Bathroom thing doesn't bother me that much because the female restrooms are stalls only. I think a transgender would be safer in a woman's stall than possibly being assaulted in a males restroom. I'm not sure though what do you think?
