Without reason!? Wii U is their worst selling console of all time and despite that they gave support of around 3-4 years which actually isn't so bad if know they usually giving support for around 4-5 years, Sony for instance abandoned Vita only around 2 years after launch.

You not making any sense, they were very aware from start of NX development that NX will be underpowered and gimmick compared to competition in any case, they dont compete with XB1/PS4 with power, so why they would be in panic and scared!?

They itself said they dont want to reveal NX too soon because competition could steal their idea/concept, actualy fact they will have only few months between reveal and launch proves that they are very confident about idea, if they are not confident they would reveal idea long time ago and watch reactions of market.
