Then why Rockstar wouldn't just keep the announcement of the games until the  NX reveal , and also NX announcement will not happen on thursday, thursday will be just share holder meating , not fully product announcement. 

No, thursday is not when the investor meeting is happening.Thats on the 26th october.And thats the whole point.To reveal what the hell the NX is before they need to talk about it at the meeting.And about your question:Thats the whole point of this thread basically.
