Yeah. All you have to do is hit the Notify button where Purchase normally is and it adds you to the list to get notified when the app launches.
Also guys, iirc, Nintendo said the game would cost money explicitly to avoid a microtransaction heavy and dependent experience, so yeah, I don't foresee 20 million day one sales, but it will probably do decently because popular mobile apps have a high attach rate due to low cost and easy access. Considering Super Mario Run has been on the iOS Store homepage since the announcement at the Apple event in September, I'm not surprised people are expressing interest.
