They found he perfect way to tie in the old locust queen story in with this new game. Gears 5 everyones going to be after Kate hands down. Its going to be a mad scramble to destroy the new swarm while keeping kate out of their clutches. If she and marcus' son have a child and its a girl, that team its all down hill from here! Wow! This is probably one of the best Gears stories i've ever played. Now I understand why Kates uncle followed her around so much. She has to be protected and to an extent so does JD. Oscar is going to have to find her before the second game is over to reveal a truth that not even she knows.
Once Kates mother gave this symbol to her, I knew what was up. its a family affair.
