Not Nintendo developed but still Nintendo-exclusive games:
Feel the Magic XY - XX

This game is weird enough as it is, but Feel the Magic XY - XX just gives you all kind of mixed direction about what the heck this is. At least Europe's name, Project Rub, gave you insight of a minigame that you would have to end up doing a lot, but it was still awkward. Like c'mon. What do you tell the clerk at the store. "Feel the Magic XY - XX please". Don't tell me that last part doesn't roll your tongue.
Touch Dic

I don't think I have to add anything here. Thankfully, the developer realized what I'm talking about and rebranded it as Touch Dictionary for the rest of the world.
Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon

Now, don't get me wrong. I absolutely love FD: FRotM, but what kind of messed up title is that one? What was so bad about Fragile Dreams at all? Why the puzzling subtitle that you might or might not understand once you play the game? Since everyone basically refers to this as Fragile Dreams, who thought it would be a good idea to add that? I'm not kidding here.
Quest 64

I always thought there were 63 quests already tackled by the time you start playing. Seriously wtf is this title.
P.N.03

Thank god they have the decency to explain what P.N. is on the same title, but it doesn't make it much better. As a fun fact, P.N. can be read in Spanish as "penis", so this is basically Penis 03.
