That is actually pretty big, if you ask me.

One of the things that helps a console succeed is people at retail, people that know your machine and will actively push it.
More than once i heard about people working at retail that didn't do their job right; other companies really pushing hard so that their products are pushed to people.
In the end, it was Nintendo who lost a voice in retail workers.

This shows that Nintendo is aware of this and will actively try to "educate" workers.
Does this mean that the machine has a tough concept? Not necessarily. It could just as well mean that the execution of the concept is somewhat complex (not the same as complicated) and that it's worth the money to show these reps all the depth NX has to - or will - offer.

I really think this is really important for Nintendo and i hope they make this a standard.

I think that if the the rumors are true of a hybrid device, whether or not it's a 2-in1 device (where you can carry the controller with you and use as a portable console) or if it's 2 devices working together (as in, one home console and one portable console working seperately but that can interact and play the same games), this all makes perfect sense; Nintendo would want to make it perfectly clear what kind of a device this is. They wouldn't want a repeat of the Wii U. It's not a complicated concept, but it is complex. Hence why educating retail staff as best as possible makes sense.

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
