It was fun back when sales threads were up every week.

The problem with the sales, at least on the hardware side, is that it's really boring this generation. Sony has first place on lock, Microsoft will stay second and Nintendo can't be anything but third.

Last gen provided a much more interesting race: Xbox 360 with its one year lead, the Wii speeding past it while the PS3 struggled, then the PS3 made a comeback passing the 360 and then speculation begun around the possibility of PS3 passing the Wii. This meant that every stage of last gen was exciting to talk about.

Yeah, maybe we all should sabotage Sony or something, so that we get a bit more excitement around here! Hopefully both the NX and Scorpio vill shake things up. I remember there being a lull here towards the end of last gen as well, no? When everything kinda was set in stone.
