As much as I love smartphones, I hate that they are all premium priced now and at most have a shelf life of 1-2 years.
I think Android needs to look at making a closed version of Android that can run perfectly on older tech and start killing the Iphone market by releasing premium phones at £250 with Samsung and Sony backing them.
Apple will most likely capitalise on this since they are seen as Samsung's main competitor and paying silly money will triumph.
