Sorry, not familiar with such software despite having looked at some options in the past. There's probably a few tricks that can help you, but nothing huge. If you've had Windows installed for a long time and remember it being faster, you can always try reinstalling Windows. It's a pretty big hassle if you have tons of stuff on your computer though, because it wipes your disk partition (i.e. you lose all the programs and files on a single partition, so you need to reinstall the programs and make backups of important files, and the backups need to be on another partition, such as a USB stick).

If it's really slow, I recommend installing some Linux distribution. I've noticed Linux Mint to be much faster than Windows on my current and previous laptops. If there's nothing Windows-specific you need, it's a great choice and very easy to use. Unfortunately, as is the case with installing any OS, it'll wipe your disk partition.
